1. Services
Opsclinique provides AI-facilitated business operations diagnostic services, including intake calls, written prescription reports, and optional implementation services. Services are delivered as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
2. Intake calls
The free intake call is available to any business owner. By booking a call, you agree to participate in a structured AI interview. The call is recorded and transcribed for the purpose of generating your prescription report.
3. Prescriptions
Prescription reports are advisory documents. They represent our best analysis based on the information you provide. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on implementation quality and business context outside our control.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service purchase. We accept major credit cards via Stripe. Refunds for prescription reports are available within 48 hours of delivery if the report fails to address the pain points raised in your intake call.
5. Limitation of liability
Opsclinique's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
