1. What we collect
We collect your name, email address, and information you share during the intake call. Intake call transcripts are processed by our AI system to generate your prescription report. We do not sell your data to third parties.
2. How we use it
We use your information to: deliver your prescription report, send you updates about your engagement, and improve our diagnostic models. If you opt into our newsletter, we send occasional resources. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Data storage
Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States. Intake transcripts are processed via Anthropic's API and are subject to Anthropic's data handling policies. We retain your data for 24 months after your last engagement, after which it is deleted.
4. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@opsclinique.com. We will respond within 30 days.
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and optional analytics cookies via PostHog. You can opt out of analytics cookies via your browser settings.
