The pattern was always the same. An owner hears about a tool on a podcast. Or a vendor pitches them. Or a consultant sells them a retainer that starts with a 3-month discovery phase. By the time any of that lands, the owner is $15,000 lighter and no closer to fixing the actual problem.
The problem was never the tools. The problem was the diagnosis. Nobody was asking the right questions. Nobody was building the map before recommending the territory.
Opsclinique exists because I wanted to build the thing I kept wishing existed. A place that listened first. That built the map. That handed you a written plan — specific tools, specific steps, specific costs — and then got out of your way.
The AI clinician, Annie, came later. But the instinct was always the same: ask better questions, prescribe better answers.
